Meet The Team

Mike Bradley, Director

Mike has been in the health care industry for 22 years and has 15 years of experience as a nursing home administrator. Mike was born in Long Island, New York, but grew up in Largo, Florida. Mike has been with Valencia Hills for the past 7 years and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida. Mike has won recognition awards for his facilities including the American Health Care Associations Bronze and Silver Awards and the Arthur H. Harris government services award from the Florida Health Care Association. Mike is married and has three children and two dogs and is a huge Tampa Bay Lightning fan. Amor Rutherford, Director of Nursing

Amor is originally from Pangasinan, Philippines and has been in the healthcare industry for the past 33 years! Amor has been part of the Valencia Hills family for 27 years and has been serving as the facility Director of Nursing for the past 11 years. Amor has her bachelor’s degree in nursing and was recently recognized in 2014 as the Nurse Administrator of the Year in the whole state of Florida by the Florida Health Care Association. Amor is widowed and the doting mother of two children, one in medical school and the other working towards his bachelor’s in business administration. Melissa Jones, Director of Social Services

Melissa is our Director of Social Services and is the person to call for all your social work needs while you are here for rehabilitation. Melissa has been a health care social worker for the past 12 years. Melissa is the proud mother of two children and enjoys hiking and boating. Melissa lives by the following quote “Always know to the world you might just be one person, but to one person you might just be the world” Melissa can be reached at extension 3034.

Craig Patterson, Director of Rehabilitation

In 2013 Craig received the highest honor by the Florida Occupational Therapy Education Consortium and was awarded in recognition of his dedication, commitment and service to the field of Occupational Therapy.  Craig leads a team that was also given the Clinical Education Facility of The Year in 2012 recognizing the staff's outstanding performance, commitment and dedication to clinical education.  The facility has also been highlighted in their local paper for their dementia program and beautiful therapy garden.  Craig leads a team with a variety of special certifications including a Certified Hand Therapist, Vestibular Rehab Specialist, LSVT BIG and LOUD certified therapists, Vital Stim certified therapists, Respiratory Muscle Strength Certification and a therapist certified in Kinestio taping.

Nicole Randolph, Director of Dietetic Services

Nicole is originally from Augusta, Maine and has been in the health care field for the past 27 years! Nicole has been part of the Valencia hills family for the past year and serves as the facility registered dietician and director of dietetic services. Nicole has been married for eleven years and she is the proud mother of 8 children. Nicole spends her time away from the facility taking care of her children and basically driving the “mom-taxi”. Patty Olmstead, Business Office Manager

Patty claims Phoenix, Arizona as her home town, but has lived in many places. Patty has been in healthcare for the past 15 years ever since she started with Valencia Hills. Patty currently serves as the Business Office Manager and is the right person to talk to about any billing or insurance questions. Patty is married to Greg, our maintenance director, and has one son and three dogs. When Patty is not working you can find her soaking up the sun, watching cooking shows, or doing her various crafts. Betty Bridges, Director of Housekeeping and Laundry

Betty is proud to call Lakeland her home town and has been part of Valencia Hills for the past 15 years. Betty currently serves as the Director of Housekeeping and Laundry. Betty is the proud mother of 5 children and has 5 grandchildren who she loves to spoil and spend time with. Betty and her staff can be reached at extension 3018.

Rich Quinn, Director of Activities

Rich is our Director of Activities and has been part of the Valencia family for over 20 years! Rich is originally from Rochester, PA and can often be found cheering on his beloved Steelers and Penguins. Rich is married and has 5 children and 15 grandchildren! When not rooting on his favorite teams Rich can be found collecting antiques or shopping at his favorite flea market. Congratulations to the Pittsburgh Penguins, 2016 Stanley Cup Champions! Tameka Copeland, Subacute Unit Manager

Tameka Copeland is our dedicated unit manager of our subacute unit. Tameka has been in health care for over 20 years and has been part of the Valencia family for the past 10 years. In addition to Tameka’s role as one of our nurse leaders she is also a wife and mother of four children. She has three boys and one girl and we can’t forget to mention her pet yorkie! In her free time, Tameka loves spa treatments and movies.  Tameka can be reached at extension 3304.

Ruth Pope, Unit 400 Manager

Ruth is originally from Hardee County and has been in the healthcare industry for the past 13 years. Ruth has been with Valencia for the past 3 years and has quickly moved up the ranks to become the 400 unit manager! Ruth is married to a police officer and loves her pet pug cocoa bean. Ruth loves any sports that are on the water and is a huge fan of Escape rooms. Ruth can be reached at extension 3050.

Yoshica Donnette, Memory Care Unit Manager

Yoshica is proud to call Lakeland her hometown and has been in health care for the past 20 years! Yoshica has been a member of the Valencia family for the past 12 years and currently serves as the unit manager for our secured memory care unit. Yoshica is married with three children and loves to travel. Yoshica can be reached at extension 3504.

Greg Olmstead, Maintenance Director

Greg is originally from East Liverpool, Ohio and has been the Maintenance Director of Valencia Hills for the past 32 years!! Greg’s background was in air conditioning and electrical work which are skills he definitely gets to keep in practice at the facility. Greg is married to Patty, our office manager, and is the proud father of two children. Greg or his staff can be reached at extension 3016.

Erica Crocker, Unit 200 Manager

Erica is from Mulberry, Florida and has been in health care for the past 17 years. Erica has been part of the Valencia Hills Family for the past six years and currently serves as the unit manager for the 200 unit. Erica enjoys spending time with her significant other and her two children. Erica loves to go to the beach and is always up for a cruise. Erica also loved her time as a cheerleading coach and lives by the motto “never expect someone to do a task that I wouldn’t do myself”. Erica can be reached at extension 3204
